The Restaurant Rincón Corobicí was founded in 1987 by a swiss family , after they sold the Hacienda la Pacifica. Then in April 2004 the new generation create R C R wich is a Rafting Company , in July 2004 it becames Ríos Tropicales by RCR ( Rincón Corobicí Rafting) with all the standars of quality of Ríos Tropicales. In August 2004 RCR got the certification by ICT.
The company is a pioneer in the rafting of new rivers in Guanacaste.
